You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. You must not use your account in a misleading or unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others, and M/S Shadow Solutions may change or remove any description or keyword that it considers inappropriate or unlawful, or otherwise likely to cause M/S Shadow Solutions liability. You must immediately notify M/S Shadow Solutions of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. M/S Shadow Solutions will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
The lines dataset/s have been simplified in order to reduce the number of trackpoints required for detailed lines. This allows more features to be loaded into your Dashboard, as this technology have trackpoint number limitations of varying intervals. As a result, the locations may be up to 200 metres from their defined position as stored in the original Geographic Information System (GIS) dataset.
Most Sim tracking companies state the accuracy of their standard service to be within +/- 500 metres of the true ground coordinate. Our service come with +/- 200 metres of accuracy.
M/S Shadow Solutions does not accept any responsibility or provide any liability for any damage to, or loss of data from Tracking software resulting from use of this data. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the compatibility and protection of any user in conjunction with said data.
M/S Shadow Solutions uses the best available data. However, GIS data and product accuracy may vary. GIS data and products may be developed from sources of differing accuracy, accurate only at certain scales and times, based on modelling or interpretation, incomplete while being created or revised, etc. We reserve the right to correct, update, modify or replace GIS services without notification and cannot assure the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of this information for any particular purpose. Using GIS data for purposes other than those for which they were created may yield inaccurate or misleading results. The recipient may neither assert any proprietary rights to this information nor represent it to anyone as other than M/S Shadow Solutions produced information. M/S Shadow Solutions shall not be liable for any activity involving this information with respect to lost profits, lost savings or any other consequential damages. It is the user’s responsibility to first ensure that the information provided is suitable for the intended usage.
The software is provided on an 'as is' basis only and no warranties are given.
The Content does not contain or install any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses or other harmful or destructive content

Both Tracking service and software provided give no warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the software and any associated data or maps. We do not claim that the software and/or associated data is error free or 100% accurate. Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, M/S Shadow Solutions has the right (though not the obligation) to, in M/S Shadow Solutions’ sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in M/S Shadow Solutions’ reasonable opinion, violates any M/S Shadow Solutions policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in M/S Shadow Solutions’ sole discretion. M/S Shadow Solutions will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.
M/S Shadow Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. M/S Shadow Solutions may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By using the mapping features of Ride with GPS, you agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Use, which can be found at Google maps website.
Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at Tracerz operated and owned by M/S Shadow Solutions.
We offer ₹300 + 18% GST for tracking of per sim per month, once paid the ping will be allotted to the particular customers dashboard, will not be refundable.
In case amount deducted from customers account but not added into our dashboard will be refunded 100% within 48 working hours. We encourage our customers to try the product first hand.

In consideration of M/S Shadow Solutions, furnishing services to enable me to use the M/S Shadow Solutions application in connection with activities including, but not limited to Tracking, managing, route planning, and/or participation in fleet management (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Activities”), I agree to the terms of this M/S Shadow Solutions Waiver and Release of Liability. The Company’s installer will show that the Service is working properly at the time of installation, and after that the customer’s duty to see that the service working properly or not on a daily basis, and in case of non-working the customer will communicate to the company immediately, and the company will resolve the problem, if all other things would be in order.
The Sim Tracking is for facilitate for your needs and it does not cover any type of losses, damages, claims of whatsoever nature due to non-working of service or failure of technology by any reason, and the installer company/manufacture will not be liable to any type of losses, damages, claims of whatsoever nature, if any would be arise after or before installation of the service.
The customer(s) voluntarily waive any right you may have to privacy in the location of the Vehicle and authorize us to use the Sim’s coordinates capabilities to locate the Vehicle. The customer also agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the service provider, us, our agents, employees, and servants, and each of them, from all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, costs, liabilities or losses, of whatsoever nature, to property or person suffered or sustained by any other person or entity arising out of or resulting from the intended or actual use of the Service in the Vehicle, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
